Commercial process
How contracting and billing work
Contracting is quote-based. We do not charge until the customer has reviewed and accepted the product, scope and billing frequency in writing.

Accept and activate
After you accept the proposal or service order, we configure the account and coordinate implementation.
Billing and renewal
The license is billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renews as agreed.

Cancellation prevents future renewals and charges. Access continues through the paid period; started subscription periods and professional services already underway are non-refundable, except for billing errors or mandatory legal rights.
